All entrants must visit at least one of the four Asian Celebrations Wedding Exhibitions ("ACWE") during Winter 2007/2008. The dates will be published on our website, flyers and other marketing material.

Prize draw will take place on 24 February 2008 at our Harrow Leisure Centre, London Wedding Exhibition. Draw Time: 5.00 pm or immediately thereafter. However, For unforeseeable circumstances, organisers of ACWE Prize Draw reserve the right to postpone / change the date, time and venue of the Prize Draw.

The winner will have up to 15 months inclusive from the date of winning the prize to complete the wedding, unless specified otherwise.

The winner will be notified in writing within 72 hours of winning the prize by email, telephone or advised on asian-celebrations.com website.

Within 7 days of the advice, the winner MUST acknowledge the acceptance of the ACWE Dream Prize by registered post or by an email. Failure to do so, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be offered the prize.

The winners consents to the ACWE organisers a diary over the course of their wedding planning charting their ups and downs and submit these by email at the beginning of every month and culminating of having photos and videography of their wedding for the sole purpose of ACWE and competition partners using at their discretion.

The winner may be required to provide adequate evidences or documents of the participant’s eligibility for the prize draw.

The organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

No cash alternative is available for any prizes or can be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

The winner’s responsibility is to liaise with the all suppliers / sponsors including venue & caterers to arrange the availability of the dates.

Before confirming the above ensure that all other suppliers are available and sufficient time is given to suppliers to provide their goods in time. Liaise with them to ensure as failure to give sufficient time and if not supplied on time ACWE cannot be held responsible.

Entrants are liable for all other expenses not agreed in advance and/or not mentioned herein, including correspondence, travel, accommodations, telephone, mobile or computer networks. They will also be liable for additional services rendered by suppliers that are not specifically included in the prize draw.

Once the date has been booked with venue / caterers this will be confirmed in writing by both parties and you will be bound by the general suppliers T & C and cannot be changed thereafter.

In the event should the date be changed by the winner, whatever the reason, the prize may become null and void.

ACWE will not be held responsible for non delivery of services for any failures, financial or otherwise, of the sponsors, their partners or their subcontractors. Prizes / Suppliers may not be substituted for other services or alternative suppliers.

However, ACWE reserve the right at its absolute discretion, without any notice to change, alter, amend delete any term/s and condition/s and to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or lesser value.

No employees and or family members of ACWE and their respective partners involved with the competition are permitted to participate in the prize. If they are found doing so, the prize will be null and void and may be deferred to the 2nd drawn winner.

Entrants warrants/undertakes that they shall not submit multiple entries for the draw at any one exhibition/venue during the 2007/2008 ACWE exhibitions. Entries so received or found subsequently will be disqualified at any time i.e. before, during and after the prize draw has taken place.

In total 3 potential winners will be drawn as a contingent to the above and or failure of the 1st winner failing to acknowledge the organisers.

Entry content and photos become the exclusive property of Asian Celebrations and may be used in part, or in whole for future marketing purposes. All entrants agree to have their contact details shared with other participants.

All competition data will be held by Asian Celebrations with the utmost care and security in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the United Kingdom's Data Protection Act 1998 and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

All decisions by Asian Celebrations be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into to contest these.

All entrants agree to have their details made available to the companies participating in the competition who may contact you with their promotions either by direct mail, email or other medium.
